Bread Lame

If you've never heard of a bread lame, then you're about to learn something new! On the tops of many fancy baked breads, there are typically big slices. These slices are meant to allow the bread rise rapidly, creating a nice fluffy texture on the inside. And the tool used to create these slices is called "lame" 
Here are a bunch of pictures of my bread lame! It's basically a wooden handle, with a safety razer blade mounted inside.
